Mine comes out just a tiny bit away from Anarchist and at about the same angle as yours.

I find that I’m associating with more and more Libertarians. And I like it.

Socialists and Democrats come much closer to fascism than any normal Republican and a True Conservative could never be mistaken for a fascist. Thus, your chart is necessarily wrong. tr

I would have to say that socialists and fascists are just opposite sides of the same coin, which is collectivism.

Ah, but gonzotr, Fascism is ultra-convervatism (what ever that political systems definition of conservative is). For example, Hitler was a Fascist because he was an “ultra conservative” according to German politics during the 1930’s. In American politics, “conservative Republicans” on the far right (think old fashioned racists, and someone who would fight you for making fun of their home state) come close to approaching Fascism. We view it in a negative light because of its association with Hitler. On this chart, the higher on the Vertical Axis you go, the more “free market” you want. The lower, the more government control of the market you want. On the Horizontal Axis, the farther left you are, the more conservative you are. The farther to the right, the more liberal. So the chart is correct about where Fascism is placed.

I’m a centrist…right smack dab in the middle.
