4 of them in the last 3 days. And fasting today hasn’t helped the one that started around 0700. I’m not sure if it’s allergies, or a sinus infection (mucus isn’t telling me much), I just know it hurts. I’m downing the ibuprofen and the orange juice in the hopes that today’s subsides. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

Many times a (typical) headache is caused by constricted blood vessels in and around the sinus.
Try some hot compresses on the forehead, and see if it subsides, with maybe one on the back of the neck (if it’s a tension headache).

Sinus infection has a “feeling of fullness” in between your eyes.
Allergies will also cause eye irritation and/or scratchy throat.
    (I’ve been through ’em all)

If you spend more time outside in the sun, it “could” even be something called an “ocular migraine”, which is accompanied by “white spots” in your vision (which grow before they subside).

Thanks for the tips. Luckily the headaches have subsided and I’m hoping that they don’t return.
